The apartment was unclean and reeked of urine. Dirty paper towels with yellow stains and hair were left on the kitchen counter. The bedding was thin, flimsy, and stained. A few washcloths also had stains. The apartment was functional but not comfortable. I asked for a refund of the $30 parking fee due to these inconveniences during our stay, but my request was ignored. Not good.

We found excessive trash and crumbs on the floor through our the unit while searching for our keys.
