Welcome to The BarHouse- the happiest airBnB in Tennessee! Nestled close to two of the hottest travel destinations in Nashville (The Factory in Franklin - 2 min drive from our home & Historic Downtown Franklin- just a 6 min drive!) our 3 bed/2 bath 1-level home offers beautiful and cozy bedrooms, as well as the most magical fenced-in backyard.

The Space:
The BarHouse is the coziest getaway in Franklin, TN. Cuddle by the fireplace or in our beautiful, welcoming bedrooms. We can’t wait for you to visit and hope you feel comfortable in our quaint, little home.

If you need to rent a vehicle we have a Mercedes ML350 that holds tons of luggage and 5 passengers and can have a car seat included. We can deliver this to the airport for you as well. Please message us for details.

Guest Access:
You are welcome to the entire house and backyard. We are honored for you to be our guest.

The neighborhood is in a prime location of Franklin, TN. From our home, it’s a 2 minute drive to The Factory of Franklin, or a 6 minute drive to Historic Downtown Franklin.

Getting Around:
Our home has a gravel driveway, perfect for one or two cars. While we do not have a garage or covered parking, the driveway is long enough for your vehicles to park there and off the street. If you need to rent a vehicle we have a Mercedes ML350 that holds tons of luggage and 5 passengers and can have a car seat included. We can deliver this to the airport for you as well. We are so grateful for such a pleasant stay at the Bar House. Before we ever even arrived Jennifer was so helpful to me in correcting a booking mistake I made. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet and the perfect location for our conference we were attending. I would stay here again 100%.

Jennifer, the home host, is outstanding in her communication! The home was well stocked, clean, and close to all things Franklin! They are attentive in every detail. The fenced in backyard was perfect as well! Loved that the property was pet friendly – we were traveling with our 12 year-old lab!

We had a great stay at the BarHouse of Franklin. The backyard was so nice for our pup and the house was well stocked with supplies and very clean. The host was very responsive to any questions, which is always nice. I’d recommend staying here if you are looking for a VRBO in Franklin.

Jennifer and Jeremiah were excellent hosts. Communication was great, the house was clean and decorated nicely with seasonal accents. There was a welcome note with flowers and treats upon arrival. The house was comfortable and roomy enough for our needs (girls tripa baby). Jennifer responded graciously via email after a county wide power outage. Despite the house feeling comfortable and clean, we did not love the neighborhood, traveling as a group of just women. However, it was walking distance and a short driving distance to the Factory and downtown Franklin, respectively.

Beautiful and Cozy Home in Franklin

What fun to arrive to a sweet welcome note and some wine when we got inside! The home was exactly as described, with beautiful updates and everything our family needed to sleep, eat and bathe during our stay. Our kids slept safely in the sturdy bunkbed, and we so appreciated the provided soap/shampoo and coffee for the morning! The home was an easy distance from most places we traveled to around the nashville area. While enjoying the backyard one evening, there was some loud noise from neighbors in the neighborhood, but you weren’t able to hear once inside the house. We would definitely stay here again, and felt so welcomed!

Perfect Honeymoon

My Wife and I started off our honeymoon by staying here. We both desired a sweet, peaceful at home vibe to spend our first couple of nights as Husband and Wife and this lovely home fit the description. The owners are so sweet and accommodating and helped me make this special occasion perfect. When we arrived, the house was spotless clean, upon request there was a beautifully sculpted charcuterie board awaiting in the refrigerator (My wife was thrilled!!). When we first arrived to the home from our venue, the first thing waiting for us when we walked in was a bottle of wine and delicious candy. The owners went above and beyond during our entire stay. I highly recommend this home!
