Nice condo in quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe and new, was clean and nicely decorated. Appreciated easy parking under building. Enjoyed two coffee shops in easy walking distance. Easy access to downtown as well as Vanderbilt. Erik was very responsive and helpful.
