It is a beautiful property with a nice lobby, however they put us on the second floor with a view of an AC unit or kids had a view of the side of parking lot, when we asked to move up, they didn't let us. Paint peeling in the window sill. Ordered a refrigerator because there were none in the rooms, they had an old scratched up refrigerator and it was not plugged in. Would not stay here again, I expected better for the outrageous amount they charge.

There are very few amenities. The bar did not look very inviting, the restaurant was tucked away in a back corner with little ambiance. The walls are thin in the rooms. I could hear all conversations in the rooms next to me and in the hallway. When I checked in I was put in a room that was next to a room with a plumbing issue. There was a tremendous amount of noise with the thin walls as the staff was trying to figure out what the problem was. I understand these things happen and decided to leave the room for a bit. I returned about 3 hours later only to find they were still banging around trying to fix the issue. When I asked the front desk to relocate me I was told they could not because the problem did not effect my room, NOT THE RIGHT ANSWER! After mentioning that this was unacceptable and poor customer service do to the noise, they then said that they were sold out but would change my room the next and comp me for the first night. Upon check -out I was told that they had no notation of comping me for the first night but did show the room change. Again after mentioning poor customer service they said they would make sure the room was comped but could not give me anything in writing stating the same. It took me calling Travelocity to get the room comped. Even if there was not an issue with my original room, I think it is over priced. There really is nothing special about it.

Pros: Everything!!!
Cons: nothing it was great!!
I have problems with my lower back always hurting, woke up the next morning and no back pain at all!! Room was very nice and the hotel has a Ruth Chris in the bottom floor which made it so convenient to have dinner and not have to get out in the cold!!

Really disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, considering it's a Loews-- which is known to be a reputable, high-quality brand. Our sheets were not changed, even though a pillow case was purposely placed on the floor (which everyone knows, means: replace with fresh pillowcase, please). I returned to my room to find the soiled pillowcase placed back on the pillow -- stain and all. I am horrified at the thought of what other unsanitary practices go on here when we're not looking. When I contacted management, they did not seem surprised nor did they provide a solution for the situation. I had to ask for new sheets. After 30 minutes and still no sheets, I had to call down again to remind them. I obviously was not a priority for them, even though I expressed how disappointed I was during my first call. Only after I complained a second time about the poor service we were receiving, did management offer to send up a breakfast voucher, for my guest and I, which was a nice gesture, but I would much rather be treated like a valued guest the first time around than be given a free breakfast after complaining about the poor service twice. Very disappointed in the treatment we've received thus far.
