Great hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Had a pack n play ready and set up for us for our 1.5 yr old. Breakfast was way better than your standard continental breakfast. Location was terrific. Would definitely recommend especially if you are looking for a big room for a family or staying for a Vanderbilt game.

My husband and I were there for a week from Tuesday, October 14 - Tuesday, October 21 and were quite pleased with overall experience. We used shuttle service many times which was such a convenient service for us and appreciated it. The drivers were kind, and pleasant. We enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. Most days we needed to ask for more plates, bowls and granola. As busy as it was, I feel like it would have been more helpful and efficient if one staff member was present/out in the breakfast area while other staff were the runners. At times it took a while to make contact with a staff member and guests were waiting to dish up their food. Food Service staff would benefit from more customer service skills.

Overall very clean. Great space in the rooms. nice lobby area. Good breakfast. Parking felt safe. Location is great. Would stay here again without question.

Poor Service & Dirty Spaces

Terrible customer service. Trash cans overflowing everywhere on property. and not changed for our entire stay. Sticky elevator floor. No toilet paper in bathroom by the pool. The front desk wouldn’t open the parking gate for my wife to take our daughter to Urgent Care. They demanded she use the QR code that wasn’t working, even though we paid for parking. Person was annoyed when my wife asked for help. That’s the opposite of hospitality. Very disappointing.

Five stars!

Excellent, spacious room with a well-stocked kitchen and a clean, user-friendly bathroom/shower. Lots of electrical outlets, well-functioning Internet. The only item on my wish list would have been an electric kettle (though I was able to heat the water in a pot to make tea). Extremely friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Loved it in every way.

Fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful every day. Beautiful hotel and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.
