We stayed her to go to a concert and we had an absolute blast. The hotel was gorgeous and in a great area. Super walkable and only a short uber or walk downtown. There were great restaurants nearby too.

Bar manager and staff were super rude. Instead of lounging at the Hotel, we went 100 yards to a restaurant to enjoy ourselves. The hotel itself is nice, but the staff ruins the whole experience unfortunately.

We were greeted with a smile and the great hospitality. The concierge was very helpful accommodated us and adhere to the request. Given in the notes. We had the best room and highest floor possible. The room was amazing very modern.

Wonderful stay here. The room was so clean, the bed was heaven and the decor was really cool. I loved walking the neighborhood and all of the little shops and restaurants in the Gulch area. The view from the floor to ceiling windows in the room was gorgeous. The bar in the lobby was fantastic. The front desk staff had tons of information about the area and when I had an emergency that my charger was not working they loaned me a charger. The Lyft ride from the hotel to Broadway in peak traffic took 10 minutes and 7 bucks. I wish there were more Caption hotels as they would be my choice to stay anywhere.
