My sisters and I stayed here and it was PERFECT! Chip was a great host! He was so quick to get back to me with any questions I had and was super kind, flexible and allowed us to check out later than the scheduled time given our flight home was so late. The house its self was super cute, had everything we needed and more and the neighborhood was nice and quiet! Not a far uber ride from anywhere really, and we were within walking distance to the farmers market which was nice. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much Chip!!!!

This was a Girls Trip for a 50th birthday celebration. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house. The stocked coffee station was the best after the nightly celebrations. The couches were quite low to the ground even for shorter stature people, very hard to get up. The fire pit in the backyard was great, just wish the grass had been cut. Overall we had an amazing time. Would definitely book there again

Wonderful girls getaway for my sisters 50th birthday to Nashville! We enjoyed the hospitality of Chip- the house has it ALL!!!! Full kitchen- stocked and ready to entertain ourselves here which we did! Outside patio and Firepit were not used sadly due to rain— but overall this pad is highly recommended!

Adorable House near Downtown

This house was absolutely adorable and perfect. The bedrooms were amazing, living room was cozy, kitchen was awesome and we absolutely loved the fire pit out back as well as the rocking chairs. This house is close to a lot of things (downtown Nashville, the Nashville zoo) as well as being within driving range of several other great little towns. The Nearest Green Distillery is a great place to visit and is not too far of a drive. Grubhub is also available if you do not want to drive into downtown and want to enjoy the house :)I would absolutely recommend this house (10/10) to everyone and would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Fabulous house close to broadway

We recently took my sister and her husband to Nashville for the first time and booked our stay with Chip! First, he was responsive and very helpful from start to finish! His home is absolutely perfect and he goes above and beyond to make sure you have exactly what you need down to toiletries you may have forgotten. His home is clean and very well maintained. Everything about our stay was great except for one thing….it was too short! We will definitely book with Chip in the future!

Before even checking in Chip awesomely provided a bunch of family z friendly things me and my children could enjoy while also giving us some great food spots to check out! We came out to visit family for Thanksgiving. We were able to cook dinner for six with a few additions from our son’s kitchen. The grill was great (although, we weren’t able to locate grill tools). We were bummed not to get a chance to use the fire pit out back!

Great house and location

Just as pictured. Host was super quick to respond. We chose this house to allow us to not have to worry about parking. The house comes with everything you could need and then some. The kids loved the fire pit and bunk beds. Super close to broadway just a short Uber drive. We would stay here again if we return.
