"When i looked online at rooms available, I picked the room with king bed and extra jacuzzi bathtub. it showed a well lit room. that was not the case. the jacuzzi tub was in a corner with no lighting and the way it was built it was difficult getting in and out of it. the bathroom door would not stay closed. it looked like they had taken it off hinges and when put back the maintenance person did not align it correctly. when we would leave the room we had to put a coffee cup lid down to keep the door from staying open and making it hard to get back in the room. someone had done some painting in the room and honestly, it looked so unprofessional. it looked like someone got paid in beer to do the painting. sloppy, and no painters tape was used. the floors were dirty - i got out of shower and walked barefoot to bed and had to wash the bottoms of my feet."

"The staff was good at helping. But the air in the room didn’t work and we have a big family. So moving is so hard. The room wasn’t completely cleaned and this was after having to be assigned a new room because the original one wasn’t cleaned yet. The pool was not heated as advertised. The hot tub was draining. The elevators didn’t work properly. Took forever to get to us. And then upon leaving the elevators didn’t work. We were on 5th floor with heavy luggage so it was inconvenient. Breakfast was not good. Gravy was very chunky with flour clumps. Biscuits and sausage were cold."

"The hotel is new. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows comfortable, and the hotel is somewhat isolated from Texarkana highway noise. It is also a 3 minute drive to several restaurants. The breakfast was standard hotel fare but with constant monitoring by staff, so that the scrambled eggs were fluffly and fresh, the sausage gravy was hot, and so on."
