Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good and the area was clean. The hotel was undergoing some renovations. The tub and shower could have been cleaner. Overall the new owner is bringing the hotel up to par.

The remote to the TV didn’t have batteries took it to the front desk and they gave me another remote which still did not work for the TV so another remote was given the bathroom tub needed cleaning no phone in the room, but the staff was very very nice

The room was unclean floors were sticky bed sheets were dirty furniture looks dirty. The lights in the living room were not working. I asked for them to switch my room a they weren’t able to nothing about the situation. Maintenance never went to fix the lights well. I also left a ring on the bed and it was never turned in to lost and found. Elevators were not working and the whole property itself is not taken care of

Running a hotel must be really difficult. You have pay someone for nice photos of another property, and then pay someone for a bunch of fake reviews just to get people in the door. Then you have to pay people to sit at the front desk and check people in. It seems like the only thing this hotel does is get people in the front door. Beyond that, the guest is really on their own. The outside areas are an active trash dump. The doors aren't secure, so anyone can just walk in off the street (and do). The corridors are littered with discarded furniture and trash. The amenities shown on the website are nonexistent. The rooms are covered in crumbs and orange juice spills; it's been weeks or months since they've been cleaned. If all you need is a bed for a night (check for bedbugs first!), this is a fine place to stay.

I would give it a ZERO if that was an option. We arrived in the room saw how disgustingly dirty it was and left. It looks like a room rented by the hour for prostitution. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The hotel looked like it may have gone through a remodel of furniture since there was a ton of old, broken furniture behind the hotel. Parking wasn’t the best, there were people walking around in ski masks at night around the hotel and it was 50 degrees out. All around the hotel was covered in trash all over the ground as well. The elevator floor was broken, the walls were beat up and peeling, it looked like someone took a hammer to the walls. The railing in the elevator was also broken off and hanging by one screw. The bedroom had no back up lock, it was broken off, the adjoining room door was unlocked and someone was in the next room so we don’t know if someone was in our room prior. The shower leaked into the floor when we used it. The pillows were rock hard as well. The staff were nice, which was the only positive thing about this hotel.

The room was okay. Maintenance (trash collection, grounds were littered, broken glass in one entrance) was shoddy. Only one elevator worked, and it was a mess, floor was trashed, railings were gone or hanging. The food was DREADFUL! Staff was nice.
