Some of the most important people in a multibillion-dollar company are the ones working quietly behind the scenes, rarely recognized for the vital role they play. During our stay we were blessed to discover a true hidden gem—Chynett Harris. This remarkable woman radiates the light of the LORD in everything she does. She is humble, selfless, and genuinely kind in a way that is increasingly rare. Her presence alone elevates the entire atmosphere of this hotel. Sometimes it’s the smallest details that speak the loudest, and that is exactly where this location shines. The housekeeping is absolutely impeccable—clearly a reflection of the pride and care Chynett brings to her work. The entire hotel, including the 5th floor where we stayed, smelled incredibly clean, fresh, and crisp. That alone was refreshing beyond words. Our room was extremely modern, with stylish lighting and beautiful fixtures. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to truly rest. The bathroom was stunning—an all-glass shower (no tub), fantastic water pressure, and excellent lighting that made the space feel upscale and luxurious. This stay wasn’t just comfortable—it was meaningful. Chynett Harris is the kind of employee every company hopes for and every guest remembers long after checkout. Hilton Garden Inn is blessed to Chynett Harris and we were blessed to have the encounter that we did with her!

The room was neglected, I had open tea packages under the blankets of one bed, the heater didn’t work so it got really cold in the room, breakfast was gross, the eggs were cold, the bread was stale, the sausage looked a weird grey blue color. There was furniture lining the hallways and foyer.

First and foremost, the staff here is absolutely wonderful. The manager (shoutout to Sandy!) was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout the duration of our stay. The hotel itself is a little rundown in places—the elevator especially—but seemed to be undergoing renovation while we were there. No complaints at all regarding breakfast; the menu is fresh and full of variety. Overall, I’d say this hotel is a solid place to spend the night.

I called prior to making the reservation online and the person I spoke to stated the pool/spa was opened. After reserving online and checking in the pool and spa is not available and the hotel as whole is dirty and looks like it’s falling apart. I am very upset and should get a refund since the only reason we booked the rooms was for the pool and spa.

The room they initially gave us was filthy, from bathroom, bedroom, microwave, sheets. The AC was full of dust and blasting hot air. We requested another room, did not have enough lighting, and the bathtub was crusty and peeling. My kids did not want to touch it. Next time I will just pay more and go to another hotel.
