The condo is walking distance to the lake, close to shopping and all major amenities, and on a main bus route.
Welcome to the Blue Skies condo located in the desired Long Lake neighbourhood. The condo building is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, beaches and parks. The building overlooks the beautiful Long Lake, known for water activities such as rowing and kayaking; pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a beach day at the lake swimming with family and friends.
The suite has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
Primary bedroom: queen bed and ensuite with a glass enclosed shower. Second bedroom: queen bed. Both bedrooms are spacious and have ample closet space. The beds are dressed in modern linens.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The kitchen has quartz countertops, standard size stainless steel appliances, contemporary cabinetry and an Island. The island is the designated eating area but doubles as a work space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in.
