The attendant in the breakfast room is helpful and friendly. Room was tidy neat and clean. However the front desk agent was knocking at our door so hard it frightened me. The front desk knew we asked for a later check out. The front desk agent has given us a hard time last time we stayed at this location.

This was a convenient stop for our overnight stay in Nanaimo. We only were there to sleep and to have breakfast. The room was clean and quiet and met our needs. We liked being on the lobby floor and did not have to navigate the stairs. The breakfast was fine and serice was pleasant.

Very clean room. The restaurant is excellent….great food and portions. Could use another server. Parking is convenient and well lit. My only complaint is the toilet…great for use by a toddler but not for someone that’s 5’9” and has knee problems. Overall 4 stars!
