The room was fine other than the big blood looking stain/resadue on the floor. There were people screaming and swearing in the hall ways all night. Very disappointed.

It was not clean. The toilet wasn’t flushed upon arrival, hair in the bathtub, the sink didn’t drain. The carpet felt slimy. Stuffy and was sick the next morning after using the air conditioner in the room overnight.

The room was comfortable, the area was good, not too much traffic. But the breakfast was not bad either, it's just missing meats like sausage and bacon and scrambled eggs. Every day the same menu for breakfast.

Breakfast was very poor and sad. Hard boiled eggs, cereal and toast. Why bother! The fire alarm was pulled by some one sending us all out in the cold till fire department came.

Very nice, large clean room. Pleasant staff. Fast check in and out. When we need a room in Nanaimo this is our go to. Especially like the restaurant on site too,

Scott was great and did check-in very quick manner. The pool and hot tub were clean. The room was more than well cleaned and welcoming. Great place to stay and only 15 minutes from Airport.
