"In all of my years of travel, I have never been charged an Early Check-In Fee. The fee was to "rush" the cleaning of a room. Yet once I said that I'd pay the fee, the room was ready. When you check in, either a room is ready for you or not. Being charged a fee to get to your room that is cleaned & ready is absurd, especially since I'm attending an event that is being held at that hotel! "

"The house was perfect for our family group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 8! The house was well equipped with everything we needed! Lots of books, games, toys for the little ones, and endless dvds! The location was perfect! Within walking distance to downtown shops and eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if the opportunity presents itself and we return to Mystic, we would definitely love to rent the Pearl House again! "

"Room was a delight. The jet tub was such a nice feature as well as having the extremely comfy bed! I could have rested happily in the room and pool easily the whole trip, it was so nice. The only thing the room could have had was a fridge/microwave."

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean with nice bedding. The bathroom was clean with nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Plenty of towels! The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Mystic area and Groton. A variety of restaurants nearby."
