Great weekend trip

We had a great time, staff was super friendly, the pool was great for the kids. We had room service due to bad weather that evening and although a bit pricey the food was amazing! We had the burger and didnt have super high hopes but it was sooooo good and the kids meals were great portions. The hotel was charming for its age, you are going to find some dents and scratches in things but it is an older hotel but it was still worth the price. The bathrooms were newly updated and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Stain on blanket , smell strong free breeze coving up something . Very nosey barking dogs and crying babies . 15.00 to park at hotel not included . 3.00 for water left in your room also an extra . Limited staffing and no refund if you are unsatisfied and leave 5 am the next morning cause you slept in your clothes because you didn’t feel comfortable getting in bed

Park Vista can't be beat

We have stayed at Park Vista many times, it has a good location and a shuttle if you don't feel like driving. The kids love it for the pool and Pizza. I love hearing the sounds of the piano being played when I step out of my room. The ambiance is great and the price and good for the service.

Tennessee is our new home

The hotel overall was incredible as was your front desk, agents during the day and night as well as your management team. We did have an extreme issue with our next-door neighbors smoking pot every night of our trip. We did speak with the front desk as well as management to please do something about this and unfortunately, nothing was done.
