The room was clean, plenty of towels. There was not enough light even with all the lamps on. I would have preferred a microwave in the room. The pool area was very nice.

We have stayed here in the past and this visit noticed that it was dirtier- they did have a large convention that ended as we were arriving so that is probably why. The pool was very dirty- hair and bandaids everywhere, towels were all gone, trash overflowing. The room we booked was not ready when we checked in so they put us in a different room that didn't have a bath tub so we realized that later and ended up having to move rooms. They need to have more luggage carts- there are never any available in the lobby area. We normally look forward to staying here but the trolley was not running either due the event. I wish they would let guests know if there is a big event before their stay is booked because we would have stayed somewhere else to avoid the chaos.

The don’t tell you about charging for parking. The overcharge for breakfast buffet. They don’t put trash bags in the trash cans. Everything else was okay.

Love this hotel! It was spotless. So pretty. The staff were very welcoming. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities since we arrived so late after the competition was over but it a really nice hotel.

We did not make it to the place got snowed out on the mountain but the hotel quickly said they would give me a refund even though I booked it saying no refund they where understanding and checked on us after we didn’t show up when we thought we would be there thank you top service

I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Vista DoubleTree. The hotel has a very cool circular atrium design. Normally I’m not a fan of this style because noise can travel and it can get loud, but that wasn’t an issue at all here. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a definite highlight, and the fitness area was well equipped and maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I’d happily stay here again.
