Beautifully Modern Coastal GEM! This direct Oceanfront Condo has a shiplap walls with large tv and mantle. Beautifully decorated with 2 queen beds , small sofa , 2 swivel chairs, updated kitchen and decor. with combo tub/shower. Large balcony with egg chair and outdoor bar. It has the luxurious feel if you were on a yacht in the Mediterranean Sea drinking a cold beverage. This unit has everything with an awesome view, easy access, and best resort in town. Stunning unit with open rail balcony.

The space



Ocean Reef is one of the top resorts in the area in one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach off 71st ave N. Ocean Reef has an indoor/outdoor water park thats partially enclosed in winter and open in summer , lazy river, 5 hot tubs, many pools, and a seasonal kids waterpark. Ocean Reef has an awesome outdoor bar and a breakfast buffet restaurant along with a large arcade

Rental Rules and Regulations

1) Must be at least 21 years of age to book.

2)Check in 4pm

3) Check out 10am

4). Approx 8 towel sets.. Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also), As we all know ,private rentals(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 2 sets per bed.Starter kit is also provided with 2 rolls of tp, paper towels, soap and dish detergent

5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.
