My bathroom had hair in the drain, empty toilet paper roll and sand or dirt on the floor. There were other peoples' wrappers in the coffee area and only one cup to drink from the other two were opened and the wrapper was on the counter. There also was only one coffee in the room. I stay here often and I have been happy. I would like a discount on my next stay

Some members of the staff left me with the impression that I was imposing. We did not ask for a handicap room, but that’s what we got. I don’t think, however, that it actually met ADA standards. Our stay was a disappointment.

We cannot change your reservation or room when booking from a third party like you did. Whatever room you booked is the room you received we cannot change it on our end. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

Very clean. Staff was nice. They said they had continental breakfast from 6:30 til 9. They put some hard boiled eggs and yogurt out around 8. So I wouldnt plan on eating their breakfast. They have a nice indoor pool. Overall good stay.

For the price the place is clean and looks nice. Breakfast is included and although it is simple it is enough. Two things to improve would be that our sink wasn't draining efficiently and the shower rod curved and let some of the water out. Overall, we have had two trips here now and we would return. Thank you for the nice stay!

The pool was nice size for the kids. The breakfast provided was decent. The kids really like the waffles. The eggs and sausage were microwaveable, but overall still good. My only disappointment was in the bedding. The sheets has huge stains on them. They changed them but upon inspecting the “new” ones, they had smaller stains. They were clean and fresh, but I don’t want any stains- throw them away!!!
