Location was perfect! The room was comfortable, clean, and such a blessing after an international flight. We got the plan with the breakfast and it was well worth it to not have to face the craziness of trying to find a meal in the terminal, a great mixture of breakfast items that would suit adults and kids from multiple continents. Truly, you would not even know you were in the main part of a large international airport. We will be making this place a regular stop on our International overnight layovers…

The Only benefit of this hotel is the location. No other hotel matches it. However, it is expensive considering the room size and the lack of amenities. Rooms are clean, but comparatively speaking, they are small. Check-in and out are self-service.

Our first time staying at this hotel. Our cab driver had a hard time to find the right dropping-off spot, as the hotel entrance is on the 3rd/4th floor inside terminal 3. Nevertheless, we had a good stay at this hotel, and certainly would come back again.

The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was delightful. My check in date was Oct 10, 3pm, but my flight arrived on Oct 11 at 0440am. After passing security, customs and immigration, I arrived at the hotel at about 530am. Checkout time was 11am but I was granted an extension to 1130am. I wish that the hotel's checkout policy was at most at noon time. I decided to book in this hotel because my stopover in Tokyo was 13 hrs. but my flight arrived very early in the morning so there was not enough time for sightseeing as flight leaves before 6pm.
