"Stranded in the rain, we jumped on this nearby hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful; room was clean and comfortable; convenient and safe parking. Breakfast was not spectacular, but value great - better than what you'd expect from a Comfort Inn."

"This property was an excellent location for exploring Lafayette/Festival International in a quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard was lovely, the house was spacious and clean, and the hosts made check-in and check-out easy. However, I was traveling with a group of adults and was a little disappointed by the lack of information about the sleeping options on the listing, which listed 4 bedrooms and a maximum of 10 guests. Three of the bedrooms were very comfortable, with king/queen/two twin beds, but the fourth bedroom was just a cot or a very uncomfortable futon, and the final member of my group ended up sleeping on the couch. This property would be a great fit for a large group including children who don't mind less comfortable accomodations, but be aware that 8-10 adults on the property is not ideal."

"We searched out this property to house family members attending the sudden funeral. The property was spacious as advertised, but there were multiple cleanliness and comfort issues discovered upon check-in. The first thing we noticed was a strange mattress in the master bedroom closet with the heavily stained cover. With what appeared to be bodily fluids. There were hair beads with clumps of hair on the shelving. Spiderwebs in the corners of the shower, stained and ripped towels, and the barstools were heavily stained. Worst of all we discovered what appeared to be unwashed sheets with blood on them. This is a serious hygiene concern and made us question the entire cleanliness of the home. When an addressed by the host, it was dismissed and we were told that they had photos of all betting prior to check-in, basically calling us liars. The biohazardous sheets forced a family member to sleep on the couch. On further investigation, most of the bedding had either stains or holes in them. The master bedroom’s bottom sheet was actually a duvet cover that was not even large enough for the king size bed. Which caused it to bunch up all night long.There was inadequate silverware, plates and cups to accommodate eight guests as the property lists. Communication from the host even from the beginning was very aggressive with long messages in all CAPS. Overall we were disappointed mainly because of serious cleanliness issues with no concern by the host. "
