Staff was great! The room itself was clean. I loved the decorations,except the carpet but that has nothing to do with the comfort of the room, just a bit....why?? The bed was very comfortable!! I have stayed at many hotels and this was the first time i woke up feeling great and not hurting all over. The only problem i had was the shower had bright purple hair stuck to the side of the shower wall. I didnt mention ahead of time because you couldnt even see it until the wall got wet and i was already in there with soap all over, It was too late at that point. I did bring it to the housekeepers attention as we were leaving to make sure it was clean before the next guest. Kinda gave me the eek !!

The people were lovely. Chad worked the front desk and was wonderfully helpful and kind. We had a wonderful meal and we truly enjoyed the very warm pool and the fabulous breakfast with one of the sweetest servers we’ve ever met.

Staff was great. Room was okay but bathroom didn’t have a fan and door didn’t stay open on its own. Remote didn’t have a sleep timer. Breakfast was an up charge and no coffee in lobby. Located in very bad neighborhood. Venture out at own risk.

The staff were amazing and breakfast was delicious. Our first night we did not have bath towels, and the second night the television did not have signal. The biggest issue was how thin the walls were and our neighboring guest. It was hard to fall asleep with all the chaos going on next door.

Nice hotel and staff. I was disturbed a lot due to 2 tour bus and school bus kids constantly running up and down in the hallway. I called downstairs to front desk for assistance and ask for security to come control Thea area but was informed they did not have onsite security.
