Pros: staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the property is overall as advertised. Cons: maintenance working in the hallway at night, odd and unexpectedly loud. Room storage, even for a one night stay, is poor. No drawers, and the single roll out table does not have any functional chairs. Only sitting location is the bed. The posters on the wall advise we “use the wall hooks” all 3 of them or the “space under the beds” for storage.

Rudest / Weirdest Manager I’ve ever encountered
The front desk canceled my room prior to my arrival. I was coming to town for a wedding and arrived only 1-2 hours after check-in. The front desk clerk and I assume he was a manager told me they canceled my room because I did not pay at the hotel up front (selected pay at hotel option). Said there was an issue with my card on hotels.com. I attempted to keep the situation light, knocking it up to a little technical difficulty. I offered my credit card ready and willing to pay. However, the manager guy did not accept this and was very rude. Not sure what his goal was or if he went on the offensive because he was preparing for me to get ugly. I was just wanting to pay for and go to my room. He made comments about how low my price was, to which I responded, yes I thought it was pretty low too but that I had booked a few months ago so maybe that’s why. My friend complimented me on keeping my cool and attempts to keep it light. I said don’t be a Chad and I won’t be a Karen. Eventually he offered to charge more. After he said how much, I said ok. Oddly, he then proceeded to charge me the same cost but canceled my reservation through hotels.com with the hotel charging me directly. This was one of the weirdest / rudest interactions with hotel staff that I have ever had. Front desk girl apologized to me after he walked away and again the following day but the damage is done. I have another reservation in a couple months at this same hotel and I will probably cancel now.

I like that the location was near the event I had attended. I paid 187.00 for a one night stay on a Tuesday. When we arrived at our hotel I was able to check in at 1 which was nice. The hotel it's self was very nice and updated. But our room was disgusting. The first thing I noticed was the smell of old dirty bleach mop water which would lead you to think the floors would have been cleaned but they absolutely were not. In the bathroom I seen multiple pubic hairs on the shower floor . And at night there was a constant smell of dirty mop water. For the price I paid I expected to at least have a clean room. Will not ever stay at another Hilton nor would I advise some one to stay at one.

Then breakfast was great. Some of the staff was not so pleasant as some were excellent. The beds and pillows are horrible. Toilets stopped up a couple of times. It was not a horrible stay just did not get good sleep.

This property was not very clean. Weird smells of smoke in the air. I was not very impressed with this Hilton property. The area seemed safe and nice, but nothing was going on in the area.
