"Lovely stay with family visiting from New Zealand. Highlights fire pit, views, loons comfortable beds easy access to towns with variety of food types for eating out. Only ambiguity was in amenities lthat said washer dryer but in brackets says private. !?Overall good value for money 8 people peaceful and met expectations."

"The house was located off a quite street. The yard in the back was a bonus as most rental homes on the lake do not have this amenity. We put the boys in the basement and the adults upstairs. My suggestion is to swap out the twin beds upstairs with the queen in the basement. The kitchen had what we needed and all the appliances worked well. We parked two boats on the dock and could have easily placed a third. It is a short drive to Alton and an equally quick boating trip to Wolfeboro. We will definitely look to renting this home again."

"Quirky large house with a great view. Well appointed for cooking needs. Very nice responsive owners. Water and diving dock is great for swimming. Accommodated our large multigenerational group well for a week. Kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, fire pit, telescope all got good use. Say hi to the large pike if you catch it. "
