This was not my first time in this hotel. As per usual, the room was very clean and comfortable. The valet staff are very kind and polite and the area surrounding the hotel has tons to do. Worth the money!

House keeping didn’t provide turndown service. Forget about getting any sleep, fire alarm went off around 2am. Tried calling front desk about fire alarm, but phone was out of service. Room ac didn’t cool the room. Food and trash on the ground in food court. Restaurant uses old oil to fry food. Part of the casino was shut down due to maintenance. If you’re going to charge $650 a night, the room better be in perfect condition. This place charges 5 Star resort fees without 5 Star service. Not a 5 Star experience.
