The front desk and staff were very courteous. The room was excellent, a great size, and very clean. The only issue is the bathroom had a sliding barn door style with no lock and it would stay open a crack so one could see out or in while you're "sitting down" in there. The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa
We had to vacate he hotel at 5 in the morning for a potential fire. There was no fire. He alarm was sounded but no one came on an intercom to report what was happening or what we were to do. We saw one staff member !

Older refurbished hotel. Very basic. Near beach which was nice. One thing that would be nice is a small recliner in room instead of the uncomfortable chair. We were also disappointed that the tv had limited stations. No espn! A basic hotel that was good price near beach. Also dog friendly.
