The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned—there were two pills on the floor. The table in the main area had excessive dirt under it when we moved the table. Our first request to have our room refreshed wasn’t attended to. But the bed was comfy.

The hotel itself was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I had to put one negative word it would be that the water in the indoor pool was too cold for us in but otherwise it was a great experience. 9.75/10

"There was a $100.00 deposit because I booked my room with Expedia. My room reaked of Lavendar Fabolosos and the floor was coated with the residue of the cleaner. It was so overpowering. Had to kill a wood roach off the wall. Hair dryer did not work, but was repalced with one that worked. "
