Parking was free. Once we checked in. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working. Room had weird smell from refrigerator. We went back to front desk. We were moved to another room. Everything worked in this room.

They cane beating on my room door at midnight saying we had a dog snd we was beimg loud i was sleeping with my bf he literally woke us up to give us 5 mins or hw was calling the police and i had a 3 day stay there and they kicked us out in 5 mins in the middle of the night and clearly he would have seen if we had a dog in the room ehen he made us leave. Then tried to charge my card two times $50 then a $250 charge then a 100 charge this morning after i had to go pay for another rooom to finish iut my sleep so never stay here just warning you the took a pistol outta my ro a time before this we left.it for sure.in the room snd our corvette keys and they dissapeared while was gone amd they said they had no.idea so if i was gonna stay in hattiesburg i would stay at the wingste accross.the road from this horrible dirty place and i bleed on my covers cuz of my period they got so mad and charged me 50 for dmaages to the sheets and covers

The room WAS BY NO MEANS handicap accessible.. I was there with my bf ( whom has CP and is in a wheelchair full time!) and my 9 month old. I’m not sure who’s over the accessibility in all hotels not just this one, but just because you put a handicap buzzer on the outside of the door does not make the room a handicap accessible room… the bathroom for example he couldn’t even get in the bathroom because the way the door open the counters were not low, like it was not handicapped accessible whatsoever!! Whenever we checked in the hotel staff saw my boyfriend in the wheelchair and they asked do you need a room with a rolling shower and I didn’t wanna be a smart ass but I was just like I booked the accessible room like why would you not put me in a room that’s not fully accessible.. I said it was fine only because it was late and Im was ready to get everyone settled before bed. Also there were NOOO wash clothes in the room and that was weird!!!

When I first arrived, the room I was given had a strong unpleasant odor, and I had to go in first to check it out. Thankfully, I was moved to a better-smelling room, but unfortunately, the entire hallway leading to it still had a strong sewer-like smell. On top of that, the bathtub in the new room was dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable.
