I have to say that this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. We were welcomed by very friendly staff who went out of their way to compliment us and enthusiastically helped us. The decor at the hotel was beautiful. Beds comfortable and rooms very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Best hotel breakfast we've ever had! Will be back for sure!

Overall my experience was good, the pool and hot tub was nice, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff did double charge my card, that was a terrible inconvenience. I paid for my room in advance 2 days prior, during check in, when they asked for my card, I let them know I already paid, more than once, and they still managed to charge my card again. The manager credited me back 1 of 2 fees my account got hit with for their mistake. But I would definitely go again.

Holiday Inn, Dickson City

The aesthetic of the hotel was nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a very comfortable temperature the hot tub was hot. The complimentary breakfast and coffee in the morning was appreciated. The hotel is situated in the middle of a very large retail and chain restaurant area and close to the highway. The only negative thing I have to say is that the bathroom did not have enough lighting for putting on makeup, unless you turned on the noisy exhaust fan which was also a light. Is also a light fixture of the shower but it did not turn on . I could not find any music on the TV and the radio alarm clock did not sound that good.
