Hotel was good. The check-in process was challenging on so many levels. If you’re happy to have no contact and communicate text, it might work for you. Additionally, this room is inside the Griffin town hotel, which would’ve been very good to know

A great location with young and vibrate neighborhood. Very convenient to Montreal City centre. We have a dog and there is a dog park near by. Recommend families to stay for vacation.

Keyless entry did not work when I got the room at 1:30am after a long delayed flight. I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the time. I had to get an Uber and go to the Holiday Inn and pay $512 to have somewhere to sleep for 6 hours before my meeting at 9am. Once I got into the property the next day it was very nice.

Room was fabulous and the area is fantastic, walking distance to downtown Montreal. The only inconvenience is the communication, the room is handled by Werfy but it is inside the Griffinton Hotel. I feel like communication should've been handled better by Werfy, I didn't realize I had to book the parking, when asked I was told they would give me some names of parking nearby but they never did. For the check-out I had to ask at the hotel front desk how to handle the keys. Nothing that would affect my stay, still something they should work on

Was expecting more but still had good time

Comfort of the bed and living room is med, furnished with cheap furniture. Missing material to cook (cutting board, scissor, utensils, etc.), only 2 coffee pods, only 3 hangers. Rented executive for a higher price but pictures and reality are miles away. No parking space available in the building and very few on the street where people are waiting in line to park, even if I asked previously for ease of parking space at reservation. Added 25$/day to park in public parking nearby. It's downtown so expect noises (train, REM, buses, ++). Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, facilities, cycle path, close to Champlain bridge. Manager was responsive. Stayed for 8 days

The view at this property was great! The place looked modern, for the most part clean. We traveled with my husband and daughter as we knew there was an option for pull out couch. I would not recommend this room for more than 2 people. The pull out couch was awful. My daughter that barely weighs 100lbs sunk in the middle and we had to prop some pillows to make it work. The comforter from the extra bedding had some stains (I hope they were just burnt marks, but who knows) the other comforter had holes. Oher than that, communication was prompt which was great because the key app was not working for us. Everything else was great.

Good but not excellent

Last minute booking in Griffin town had many conveniences such as kitchen and laundry and allowed a comfortable night sleep. We got suite 1103 which was smaller than in the photos and faced a busy road which was noisy. The electronic key did not work reliably and there was no AC in the bedroom so I wouldn't stay here in the warm months.

Overall great stay. Clean area with nice appliances. Beds were very uncomfortable. I wouldn't say the queen bed was a queen but more a double. Amazing communication would truly recommended to anyone. Great pricing. Very well located. Extremely tight for 3 people I would stay here again but a room with better beds
