Terrible. Staff was unwilling to offer any compensation or help really. No heat no hot water the building is filthy and run down. We were trapped inside the parking lot unable to exit due to the parking lot overrun with cars and one vehicle blocking the exit entirely. Worst experience ever

Overall, our stay was good for the price we paid for the room. It was close enough to the Bell Centre to make travel easy. Lots of options for food around the hotel. A few things to note: - Parking lot was incredibly small for the amount of rooms in the building, and cost an extra $10.00 We were fortunate enough to get parking both nights we stayed but I am sure some guests were not that fortunate. - The microwave was clean and worked well, but I had to move it to the floor to use it, as there was no where to plug it in where it was supposed to be. - Hallways are worn, elevator was shakey, but the room was decent. Definitely a little worn but overall solid. Shower was great. Bed was on wheels which was strange. - Stayed in the 500 section, and there was a small amount of repeating ambient noise that could be heard quite clearly without the air unit going. As someone with sensory problems, I am pleased the fan was loud enough to block the sound out. - Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about.

The staff at the hotel were lovely but the property is quite run down in places - poor mattress, curtains didnt meet in the middle, swimming pool area is cold and the sauna wasnt working. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom at times. That said, the hotel felt safe and was near a metro station, staff were friendly and helpful and overall the hotel was good value for money.

Breakfast options were limited and pastries were stale. Called to inform the front staff about my tv not working … all three *differently timed calls* rang and rang without ever being picked up. On a positive note, they were able to accommodate an early check-in. Thank you.

The place is run down and it smell like Marijuana. We stayed on the second floor the whole floor and my room was polluted with a strong smell of marijuana. I had an asthma attack. There was blood on the sheets. Some of the elevators didn’t work. I felt very unsafe and so did my wife in your hotel. I had to leave after two hours at your hotel. I am very upset and will be writing a letter to the ceo of how poorly this hotel is operated. I felt sorry for the receptionist as there was no manager on site. I will never be staying at a Ramada hotel again.

Average +++ Very clean, plenty of variety menu for continental breakfast in comparison to other places. Being on Decarie blvd might make it convenient but it’s very noisy even at night.
