Our favorite getaway. From start to finish you have all you need. Greeting at front door, valet and bag taken care of right away. Hotel lobby and bar are wonderful. Walking distance to most and many options right at the hotel. Coffee is wonderful at Carmel coffee.

Awesome place. Well maintained & great location! Room was stunning. Property was beautiful & clean. Lots of amenities steps away outside plus restaurants etc. we are at the onsite restaurant which offers breakfast & dinner- it was delicious! My only critique would be that you have to physically leave the hotel into a public courtyard area where there are shoppes etc for fresh brewed coffee or pastries … while they do offer kurieg kcups in room w minimal fixings tho for the easy to please coffee folks. But I prefer a great morning cup of coffee which required me to put myself together to go in public view lol! 😝 minor criticism when all things are considered! We will definitely be back!

The was very clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The T-Mobile signal, my carrier, in the hotel was very, very low. One bar at best. Using the hotel's Wi-Fi for phone calls and iPhone internet access was necessary. The only major downside was the room's HVAC system. There was a forced air 24/7 continuous movement of "outside" air into the room, which resulted in air temps of 66-68 deg. F, when one was gone from the room for a period of time, even if the heat was left on. So, it appears that a motion sensor in the room detected one's presence and turned off the heating, when one was gone from the room. This took a while to learn. Once one returned to the room and one's presence was detected, the heat would come back on. It took 10-15 minutes to bring the room back to the thermostat's set temperature.
