Newly remodeled home just 1.2 miles from the University of Notre Dame campus. Updated in 2022, it features a modern kitchen with stainless steel stove, refrigerator, and microwave, plus a dining area and comfortable living room with electric fireplace and large smart TV. The main floor offers two queen bedrooms and a full bath. Upstairs, enjoy a spacious open area with three twin beds and a second full bath, perfect for families or groups.

Additional house rules
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.

2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.

6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

Great property for Notre Dame football weekend! Convenient area that we were able to walk to and from campus for gameday. Kids enjoyed the separate attic area for just them. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had exactly what we needed. Doug was responsive and was even able to allow us an earlier check in. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is as advertised. It is kept up well and is very clean. The property manager was great to work with and was very accommodating during our stay. We would definitely stay here again for a game weekend. The walk to the stadium is not bad at all!

Remodeled but nothing fancy. Minimally furnished and stocked. Biggest complaint is no dishwasher. Location is very convenient to Notre Dame, grocery store and a great 24-hour diner (Nick's Patio).

Stanford-ND (49-7, Irish with the W)

Riley Leonard accounted for 3 throwing TD’s and 1 rushing TD with no turnovers; 3 for 3 on 4th down conversions. Stanford was held to 200 yards by a gritty Irish defense that forced turnovers. Notre Dame Stadium was packed for what started as a brochure-style Fall football afternoon. A 90 minute lightening delay from a fast moving storm threatened the capacity crowds. But, overall, a great game and weekend all around despite. Here’s what was also great: this house. It was indeed walkable to tailgates and campus. 25min from loft Stadium and 20 min from tailgates. The Loft is nice and has its own suite - great for kids and families. The downstairs rooms are comfy, quiet, and dark for sleeping in. The common room is nice and comfy for watching pre game coverage and night time games. It was convenient having a grocery store and Starbucks walking distance. Looking forward to coming back. Go Irish!
