Everything about this property was great! I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating out the back door on a beautiful summer evening; it was a great place to have some chill outdoor time with my wife.

My family of eleven had a terrible experience with a VBRO rental and had to leave two hours after checking in due to deplorable conditions. We rented 4 rooms for several nights and enjoyed our stay. Front Desk Manager, Amanda Brock, was amazing and set us up with the barbaque tools along with paper plates, cutting board and a knife. We had food we were going to cook out and were fortunate it worked out!

I used this hotel two times. The second give me a fee that I call unjust. I barely used the room or the services at all at the very end of my travels. (It was prepaid and there shouldn't be anything on my account).

Class reunion weekend
Very friendly check-in staff. The room was very nice. Furniture looked new and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the walk-in shower! Breakfast was above par. I go to South Bend/Mishawaka often and this may be my new favorite place to stay.

The building was ok, a little aged, but well-kept and clean. However, every single employee could not have been more polite and helpful. They were all so nice and polite, from maintenance, housekeeping, to the front desk. Everyone was so nice. Always saying hello, making sure they were out of our way, and asking if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to South Bend.
