Not Clean Enough

It was a little disappointing when it came to cleanliness. There was toilet paper in the toilet, mold on the tile where the shower door opens, and the nightstand hadn't been cleaned. The light near the bed didn't work but I then saw it wasn't plugged in. Also the room phone didn't work either.

What a difference! After the first hotel we were booked in was unsanitary and unsafe we were able to get reservations here. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay and everyone else’s was top notch!

It was okay. Outside is updated, inside is not. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated- no USB ports and shower style is weird. Bedding for the sofa bed was one pillow, one sheet with tears and stains, and a thin cotton blanket that didn’t cover the whole mattress. Could not loan my daughter anything from our king bed because our blanket was a little better than hers, but nothing to spare so we all slept in the king bed together- my 18 year old, my husband an me, because she was cold in the middle of the night.
