Loved the condition of the place: clean, nice, the room was well stocked with towels, coffee, etc and all accessories were in working order. The hotel did not have a lift, but one was not really necessary. The hotel had only two floors. The continental breakfast was very poor, consisting of only cereal, yogurt, muffins and milk, but that might be due to Covid. It was a safe meal, since each one of the food items was individually wrapped and sealed. The staff was friendly and professional. We will stop there again.

We paid for a king bed with jacuzzi tub. The air conditioning did not work neither did the jets on the tub. We were moved upstairs to a room with 2 queen beds and no tub. We were supposed to get a discounted rate and money refunded. That still hasn't happened.

Was relatively close to Notre Dame and affordably priced. Outside of that, it wasn’t good. Dirty furniture in the rooms, uneven floors, stains/cracks/leak stains in the ceiling, lamps not working, smoke alarms going off, bad food (runny eggs) for breakfast, etc. Like I said, not good. If you just need somewhere to sleep when you’re going for a ND football game, it’ll do. Just have very low expectations.

We appreciate your recent stay with us. The half drapes on the inside of the room are only for decoration, deeper in are the black out drapes that every room is equipped with. Hopefully you had the opportunity to consult with our front desk staff to ask about it, if not we apologize for the inconvenience. We look forward to seeing you in the future.

Our door to our room did not lock and they just told us 'they made a note'. We had to store everything in our car when it was 100 degrees outside while we were gone. They did not offer to get it fixed.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. On the way there from Milwaukee my son got a GI bug. Allowed us to get into the room early so he could lay down.
