I reached out to the general/ property manager on 8/9/25 and he has not responded to my email yet. While I understand and have no major issues with the hotel other than the loud and heavy bathroom door and the incidental charges, I was not informed of them prior to my card being charged. It took me walking by to overhear another guest being informed of the charge and I checked my account to see I was charged this fee. The lack of communication caught me off guard, especially under the circumstances. I believe a brief explanation at check-in would have ensured transparency and avoided any confusion.

Pleasant stay overall

Hotel was nice overall, however, the water in the pool could be cleaned. Also, there was a tear in the curtains in our room. Service in bar/diner was great!

Most the holiday inn i go to are pretty nice just usually one bad thing and its that their pools are always to cold to swim in and this holiday Inn dont serve free breakfast but otherwise its a nice hotel close to all the shoppers you want..

This property used to be top notch. The staff is the best thing about this property. This property clearly has water damage issues. You could smell the mold when entering the lobby. One of the 4 rooms we were in had so much mold and condensation/humidity that the floor was slippery. I have respiratory problems and it made me sick! You could see the damage around the tubs and how they drained. I wouldn't stay there again

Property was good and clean. Room was clean. The extra safety lock was broke off. The room was damp to the bed felt damp. Bathroom was very clean. Check in girl was avoidant and barley looked up at me. But was not rude. Overall a bit overpriced but had available room so i cant be unhappy.
