My biggest complaint is we expected an ocean view but its not really ocean view its a side view you cant really see much, the condo was ok bed was a bit to firm for us neighbors were a bit loud but i think thats due to thin walls or something or maybe the age of the place but overall it was a good stay

Great location but some issues

Let me start by saying this is a great location with a view (not direct but still nice) of the water and a short walk across the street to the public beach. The communication with Vacasa was terrible - after two unanswered emails and a call they finally came to fix some things a week and half later. We also sent three questions ahead of time to help with packing and all three answers were incorrect (the items were in the condo and we shouldn't have needed to pack them). There were a lot of little things that could have made this better but the biggest issue was the bed in the second bedroom - it dipped so badly in the middle that it made it difficult for two people to sleep in it. The kitchen could have been better stocked but the appliances were nice and it had some nice features like a blender and toaster oven that you don't often find in rentals. Overall we give this 3.5 stars. With a few changes and more attentive managment, this rating would be much higher.

False Advertisement

When my family and I arrived we where a little confused with the location, was expecting the property to be on the beach with the in the description say beach front. I had issue with the code that allowed me to enter into the property once we where final able to enter in the place was smelly and dirty, the floors need to be sweept and moped the sleeper sofas was full of crumbs, candy paper and the mattress pads where

HORRIBLE CHECK IN AND LOCKED OUT MULTIPLE TIMES

ARRIVED TO CHECK IN AND DOOR CODE PROVIDED WOULD NOT WORK CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT TOOK 2 HOURS BEFORE WE COULD GET INTO THE CONDO. LOCKED OUT AGAIN THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE THE NEW CODE WAS ONLY GOOD FOR 24 HRS HAD TO WAIT IN THE RAIN FOR SOMEONE TO ARRIVE TO REST THE CODE AGAIN.

The location across from beach access was amazing. So convenient to have covered parking right under the unit. Lovely to have a "slice of the Gulf" view from the living room and the outdoor balconies.
