Perfect location and roomy!

We loved this place. It’s big and spacious. Had everything we needed. Close to everything. Easy walk to restaurants. Reserved parking was right next door. You must be able to climb stairs! We will return.

Wonderful stay!

Very clean and equipped with amenities. Baytowne itself is always wonderful every year. Host made sure everything went well and if we needed anything. Cleanliness is my biggest concern and we were very satisfied. Would recommend to family and friends.

Great location!

We loved our stay here. Our problem wasn’t with the home, it was with the management company. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 young children. We received a text the day of that the stove and oven was broken. We planned on cooking most meals because it is just easier with the children. They did send us other properties to stay, but never stated where they were located. Again, the day of. We were 2 hours outside of Florida and still did not know where we were staying. Waiting on them to contact us back was a nightmare. It did work out. We opted for the $200 in reinburment and stayed at this property. Vacasa, do better. The house itself, was nice. Definitely older but clean. The location was walkable to all restaurants and bars. The pool is right across the walkway in the hotel on the 3rd floor. If you aren’t wanting to drive a lot, this is a great place for you.
