Catching a wonderful view from this beach front property, Mainsail 235, is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental that sleeps 8 guests. This unit is located in Destin/Miramar Beach area and is located on the third floor of the Mainsail Resort Mainsail which is a beautiful 15-acre beachfront family resort with spectacular views of the gulf and just a short walk from the unit to touching the emerald waters!

Upon entering this remarkable vacation rental, you are welcomed with a comforting kitchen that is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and essentials from a morning coffee, supplied by your choice of a keurig or standard coffee maker, to family meals as you bring everyone together with seating at the breakfast bar and a six-guest seating dining table! Accompanied by the kitchen, are a full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry closet for daily use after each exciting adventure. Continuing through the condo you are presented by the living area with a cozy feel that is filled with a sofa, loveseat, multiple accent chairs for your guests to come together for relaxation or to enjoy entertainment from the HDTV. Also, from the living room area you are greeted by a entrance to the coastline view from the private balcony! Getting more wind-down, the gulf view master king suite is located right across from the dining area and offers a HDTV, access to the private balcony, and a private bath. This master bathroom includes a separate powder area with an enclosed area for your bathing needs. Off to the end of the dining room is the second bedroom that includes a queen suite with its own private bath and a HDTV. The third and final room is located upon entering the condo and includes two comfortably placed twin over twin bunk beds, with its own HDTV and a guest bath just right outside the room.

Mainsail is a beachfront resort and offers an array of amenities. You'll enjoy the 2 pools (seasonally heated in the winter), hot tub, kiddie pool, an area with several gas grills, a gym with beautiful Gulf views, game room with vending machines, covered parking, courtesy patrol, tennis courts (equipped with shuffleboard), wireless internet access and meeting facilities. Close to the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, golf, fine dining and a host of other activities, you will be guaranteed a fun-filled vacation!

Great Condo Great Beach

The unit was very nice and has a great view of the beach. Mansail is great condo with easy access to the beach.

Very Spacious with Nice Views

Overall great experience & stay. Pros- very spacious and roomy, we had 2 adults & 6 teenagers (2- 13, 2- 15 & 2- 17) and we never felt cramped. Beautiful balcony views. Easy beach access. Lots of sleeping space. Big island for food prep and extra eating space. Top load washer with agitator (washed well). Bathrooms were spacious. TVs in every room so at night everyone could wind down and watch what they wanted. Welcoming music when entering. Pool & hot tub were nice. Parking is in shade so no hot leather seats. Cons- when arriving we weren’t told where to go or how to get to our condo so we just asked a random stranger who pointed us to the elevator. One of the trundle beds in the bunk room didn’t have a mattress but thankfully we didn’t need it, the sliding balcony door in the master bedroom wouldn’t open (this was a big letdown but not a deal breaker), the sleeper sofa cushion were definitely worn out and caving in some but still comfortable, the dryer took at least 2 drying cycles to dry, the toilet in the master bathroom sits up way too high (my feet were dangling- maybe provide a small step stool), we didn’t like not having a door in the master bedroom for the closet/sink area- it would make more sense to have one there for when you get out of the shower so you can change easier and still have your bedroom blinds open and not have to worry about anyone seeing you getting dressed. Overall, we loved the condo and would stay again even with the cons.
