Being one of the areas largest homes this is truly a unique show-place only 7 homes off the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast with your own private beach access! This home features 3 stories, over 5,000 sq. Ft. of exceptional living space, beach & sunset view balconies and a spacious privatized 6ft fenced in backyard with a 30x15 heated pool and 8x5 cascading waterfall hot tub! Enough parking for 6 cars which is not an easy find when it comes to beachside living!

You're only a block or two from several dining options and just a few blocks walk from the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Grocery, Pharmacy, Bowling, Nightlife, Shopping, Movies and more! Enjoy pristine sand bars on perfectly manicured sand. 

Atlantis features 6 king master suites with private en-suite baths and 2 amazing custom bunk rooms with private en-suite baths as well. Relax in one of two living rooms with fully equipped kitchens, ice makers and mini fridge's throughout. The palm tree lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Miramar Beach and comes equipped with a full outdoor built-in kitchen, gas grill and outdoor dining tables that are perfect for dining under the stars or can be used as a backdrop for a beautiful wedding ceremony. There is plenty of seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group along with high speed wifi, free games and movies, smart TV's, Netflix, Hulu and more available for your enjoyment! There is a Rinnai for instant hot water and multiple ice makers for all the summer drinks! 

As you enter the front door, you will be mesmerized by the one of a kind features including custom designed/built furniture. Granite counter tops and porcelain oversized tiles throughout the kitchen and every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 70" 1080p smart tv in the living room, Game Room or one of the additional 8 smart TV's throughout the home. A grand gourmet kitchen and dining room will accommodate your entire family and friends. There are 2 king master suites on the first floor for your convenience.

After a day of playing at the beach you can head out through the French doors to relax and swim in the oversized heated salt water pool featuring fiber optic lighting with various color modes and a cascading waterfall hot tub. If you want to head out enjoy the 4 seater golf cart available upon request to cruise right over to shopping, dining, a quick trip to the golf course or just a beautiful beachside ride down the boardwalk of scenic gulf dr.

The 2nd floor features 4 master king suites  with private bathrooms, tiled showers with seamless glass doors. French doors lead to the expansive covered beach view balconies with comfortable seating for your morning coffee (regular carafe drip & Keurig coffee machine) or sunset cocktails. 

The 3rd floor features 1 King Suite with a Queen Bunk and 1 Bunk Bedroom with 2x Queen Bunks and an additional standalone Queen bed along with private bath and smart TV. There's also an amazing Game Room featuring a large smart TV, custom built billiards table, kitchenette and ice machine.

You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the golf cart which will be completed with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC provided by QR code listed at the property and in your check-in details, prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
