Unique Bay View gem

Comfortable, well appointed rooms near an active restaurant scene. Loved the quiet solitude and ease of self entry. Limited parking in back. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious with modern style. The heating system doesn’t seem to work since it only has cooling function. The worst thing is the parking lot, which is renovating and there is no room for parking at all and I got a ticketing for not having the permit, which is definitely not possible for non-Milwaukee residents.

Parking was an issue. The alley was tore up and city was doing repairs, so we had to contact the milwalkee parking authotities to get an overnight parking permit for street parking. No staff on sight. Cipher lock to enter building and room. Code was needed. Room was fabulous. Great renovation of a very old beutiful building. Great spacious shower. Great restaurant on site. Enjoyed our stay

The room is clean but spartan. There is no closet just some hooks on wall and one uncomfortable chair. There is a two floor stair climb required and hall could use better lighting because you have to key in an entry code. Had to park on street even though they say they have parking. Only 6 spots available and apparently first come first served.
