Overall, it looked like it used to be a very nice place but lacking in maintenance and attention in recent years. The staff were very helpful but not much they can do if management is going to let their hotel go into the toilet. Our tub facet was stuck open so half the water when taking a shower came out the spout. Not horrible water pressure but a big waste. The shower curtain was hung just an inch or so too high-I was monitoring it carefully after the first day because it would hang over the tub and soak the floor, but there was always a small area I missed and I'd still come out to a wet floor. The pool was disgusting-couldn't even see the bottom at the shallow end. The room itself is labeled as "under construction" but it is obvious that no work has been going on for some time yet dust and broken tile litter the area. We had to go two floors away for ice as the machines on our floor and the adjoining were not working. Also very disappointed to have a lovely looking restaurant area yet it is not in service. Can't understand why someone would invest money in a property then let it go down hill. Maybe cause I don't live in the wasteful, write-off world of those who can afford to buy a hotel.

This Hotel needs updating. The pool area was not inviting at all. We didn’t even go in the water it was so dirty looking. The towels in the room were frayed, had holes in them, and were discolored. The window shade was broken and would not open. Carpet was worn and dirty. No Microwave in room. Bed was comfortable though. Front desk person could only give me 1 key for the room because he couldn’t get a 2nd key to work. I will look at the many other options to stay if staying in this area. Would not stay here again.

The staff was welcoming, however, this hotel is quite tired. The room's carpeting seemed unclean; the television did not work; and the bed linens were old and frayed. Further the one night we stayed was quite cold and there was no blanket in the room.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel looked nice and was very comfortable, however the smell was horrible. Everywhere you went was a new over bearing smell of over powered air freshener. The forst room we had reeked of cigarette smell a d the desk chair was very dirty, so they moved us to a new room. That room had the most over bearing urinal cake smell that just penetrated everything (we went home smelling like it). I got a migraine the smells were so bad. We were only there from about 8pm u till 530am otherwise i wouldn't have stayed. Did not go to the pool but the hot tub was not in service.
