Staff was great. The elevator shut on my mom twice hurting her arm, only seconds after stepping on. Then there was bottles and garbage under the chair in the room. Wasn't told the hot tub wasn't working prior to coming or that the restaurant and bar wrre closed. Did address this with staff. We have to make another trip to Milwaukee in December and were going to stay here but not sure now.
