A perfect getaway in a Brand New home. This Tiny Home was built BIG. It features a 1 bedroom with brand new Queen size mattress.

The bathroom is equipped with 36" walk in shower, full size toilet, and Washer and Dryer. The on demand hot water heater is perfect for long showers.

The Kitchen comes equipped with a cooktop stove, air fryer microwave,
Blender, Kerig Coffee maker, large refrigerator, you have access to all basic kitchen needs. The small island is perfect for eating morning a quick meal or working remotely.

Living room has a couch and sitting chair with a smart tv. The couch converts to a full size bed.

House has some card and board games for a rainy day.

Easy River Access for kayaking and fishing.

Outdoor seating and grill! Fire pit is perfect for cool nights. Firewood provided!

Pets allowed!

Minutes away is beautiful Madison Indiana. Full of history, Madison provides quant little shops, antique stores, restaurants, and historic homes. Looking for nature? Nearby is Clifty Falls State Park.
