Check-in took a very long time. The line was fairly long and when someone complained, the woman behind the desk said, "I'm the only one here." We lost power in the morning, which impacted their ability to serve breakfast. Options were limited by the time I went down to eat.

I was somewhat disappointed with my recent stay. The bathroom in my room did not have a lock, and when I raised this concern with the front desk, the response I received came across as dismissive. I was told that a request could be placed, but unfortunately, no follow-up or resolution occurred during my visit. The breakfast provided good, but the overall cleanliness of the room and common areas could be improved. For the price point, I had expected a higher level of service and attention to guest needs and have had better experience at Holiday Inn at other locations. I hope management will take these points into consideration to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.

It smelled, I can’t explain the smell but it smelled horrible and all our things smelled after leaving, the shower wouldn’t get warm/hot even when all the way on hot.after being out all day we found that when the door closed it didn’t lock thankfully nothing was missing, the bed covering felt wet/damp, the toilet was difficult to flush and lastly the lighting was horrible in the room oh wait when we asked the desk clerk for any local places to eat they had no clue. I will say the breakfast was good

I like that the property has a hot tub, unfortunately it did not work and the pool was very cloudy so we did not attempt it. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel so it's a disappointment. The hotel has a strong mold/ mildew smell, enough to give you a headache. The tub in our bathroom, room #215 would barely drain because it was so clogged with hair and scum which caused the water to fill the tub. Very unsanitary. Overall i would not recommend anyone to stay here, especially for the high price.

Good Location for visiting Ark Encounter etc.

The location was a good middle place for visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Not a lot of restaurant choices near by for dinner options though Cattlemens is right next door. Easy access from the freeway.
