It was around the corner from a Travel Centers of America site that I work for in OH. Went there and Skyline Chili because I didn't like the prices of food offered from Room Service, too high for my budget after they stiffed me for a $50 Security Deposit not disclosed on Expedia App. I had just pulled into the Motel 6 parking lot two munutes after check in time if 3pm and noticed they had tried to pull the room rental charge from my account without me even being inside the door! I did get the fee back two days later, but I had to drive home 3 hours arriving home at 12:30 am because I had no other financial source to allow me to stay the second day as originally planned. Also, I had insect visitors before even going to sleep for the night. The clerk on duty after 10pm did not know when the motel had been sprayed for pests. I told him later to tell the manager that needed done. It was clean, but the bed was not neatly made. Also, the entrance to the place was not very smooth to enter on, very bumpy. I wont stay there again. The day clerk, Amanda treated me nice even after I was angry about the undisclosed fee prior to my booking of the room. Very noisy place, too. People slamming their doors and someone had a loud barking dog, maybe above me and it would run back and forth. It was convenient to other places like restuarants and fueling stations. Just couldn't afford any other motel, it was $54 per night. The bed was kinda hard, but I managed to sleep.
