This was by far the worst hotel experience myself and my Husband has ever experienced!!! The cleanliness was HORRIBLE!! I requested to be moved to another room, really we wanted a refund as soon as we walked into our room, but when I went back down to the front desk, and this was as soon as we got into the room, I just want everyone to know that we didn't wait to ask for someone to assist us with the situation, when I went to the front desk for help with the problem, I was told that nothing can be done about it, the gentleman said he only is there to watch the front desk, and he doesn't have anything to do with housekeeping, that housekeeping needs to step up their game, he was laughing about it. Then the next morning I showed the images of the cleanliness of the room to the GM, I do believe that it's privately owned, they don't give REFUNDS!! AGAIN, THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS!! Even if they are the problem. We're so disappointed that they are even able to be on
