We arrived at 3 which they said was check in, didn’t get checked in until 6 pm, gave us a regular time when we reserved a suite with couch. Elevators weren’t working, all light bulbs in bathroom were out and pool was closed

The employees were friendly but the hotel facility left a lot to be desired. The 1st room we were given didn't have air conditioning and the hotel restaurant also did not have air conditioning. The ceiling in the lobby and hotel restaurant leaked. The additional room I booked had a bucket in the room collected water leaking from the ceiling. The desk attendant did give us a replacement room and was accommodating. The snack food to purchase was not available due to a broken machine. The hotel needs a over all remodel.

First time at the Plaza. Check-in was fast and friendly, checked in at 3 am. Bathroom had missing toilet paper on the toilet paper rolls. Lucky for me there was the extra one. Shower head was spraying up and getting the ceiling wet, tub was plugged and draining slow. Went to bed and heard dripping, I did not investigate since it was passed 3 am. Next morning went to open the curtains and stepped in the wet carpet, looked up and the ceiling was leaking.... I did mention to front desk at check out who apologized for it all. Shuttle service was great!

There is something wrong with this hotel. Either they have no staff or they do not care. The pool was shut down; clearly some water damage has occurred recently; and there is minimal effort when it comes to housekeeping. There is a strong smell of mold and only one elevator worked. We stayed for 10 hours because we needed to catch a flight. Any more time than that and we would have cancelled and stayed anywhere else. Do not stay at this hotel.

We chose this hotel and paid more than others, but decided it was a good value because they have free airport shuttle 24 hours a day. We got off the plane and it was 2am. We called and the desk clerk said the shuttle is not working tonight. I told him I am at the airport what am I supposed to do he said take an uber and we will réimburse you. When we got there we showed him the receipt in UBER and asked to be paid back. He told me wait until tomorrow when the manager comes in we had to leave at 6:30 the manager does not come in until 8. We paid 50 dollars for Ubers on top of the hotel and the first room they gave me had piles of dirty sheets all down the hall. No sheets or blankets on the bed. The second room also had piles of dirty sheets piled outside doors, but the room was clean and the bed was wonderful. Not staying there ever again

Solid 3 stars. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels that had way better amenities. Was told at check in that I couldn't have the king size bed I booked and then my rooms fridge was broken and the tv kept kicking me off and wouldn't load channels. Staff was not very attentive. Would've been a bigger issue if I needed to stay longer then 24 hours. Room and hotel in general was clean and comfortable.

When we did so, they informed us that there was no room available any longer. This property was old and dated. My room had a big wet spot on the carpet and smelled horrible. I complained twice about it and nothing was done. The towels used by previous guest were also still hanging in the bathroom. In the 2nd room I reserved there was mold in the bathroom.

At 9pm they did not have a room ready for us. Get to room the ac broke couldn’t put us in another room gave us a box fan for the night. There was left over trash in our room from god knows what. Hair on bathroom floor and on beds.

I booked this room for my 23 year old daughter who had a long overnight connection and wanted a safe place to sleep. The airport might have been better. The room smelled terrible, something you could live with. The AC didn't work, hmmmm maybe that's why it smells so musty? Tried to call the front desk for help, phone doesn't work. Went to the front desk, stood in huge line, can't switch rooms, they're completely booked. The front desk gentlemen offered his personal fan, he was amazing. Tried to take a shower, also broken. Not a $159 hotel room.

The name Crowne Plaza used to mean quality, professionalism, and safety. I was disappointed with my room. It had a gaping whole near the lock. And my key didnt work upon entry. I had to return to reservation desk to have the key recoded,which seem to be a problem for a few other guests too.

We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades.
