"This is the second time we have stayed at Jeff's property. It is always a very joyous occasion for our family as we spend the holidays and an entire month on the beach! Jeff has everything you need including chairs, a wagon toys for the beach and pool towels for the heated pool. The house is perfect. The outdoor screened in porch is one of our favorite areas where we spend many evenings watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine. Morning, coffee is also very enjoyable on the porch. The neighborhood is very clean and peaceful. We enjoy many walks around the neighborhood. The beach is a short distance from the house which we always pack up the wagon with our stuff and spend the day at. Publix is half a mile from the house and is an easy walk if you are just picking up a few things. Our favorite places to eat are fresh catch by Publix and flippers in lovers key. We cannot wait to return next year!"

"My family of 10 enjoyed the property very much! It was clean, good location to beach and Publix and a short drive to the main FMB area. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and straight-forward. My family was happy to see beach equipment including 4 bikes! The pool area was especially nice, very clean, nice temperature and plenty of chairs and tables. One item to be aware of, the cabana that sleeps 4 is pretty snug. Our folks in their 20s didn't seem to mind but something for future renters to be aware of. Otherwise, great stay and we would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was great. The downstairs with the pool and games worked out well. The only thing I would suggest is make sure how many beds you need. It says it sleeps nine, but that means four people are sleeping in the bunkbed. We had nine people, but they were not couples so we had to do some blowups. "
