The house was very nice, but the communications were the worse of all my rentals. I asked questions prior to checking in and did not receive any responses. Then two men showed up while I was at work without notice stating they had to fix a leak. No prior notification or coordination was given. I received an email on day 1 stating if I needed anything, just text. When I texted, no one responded until I asked if anyone was monitoring. I most likely will not use Landing again.
