You shouldn’t say a pool is heated and then the pool is cold. Very disappointed the staff when we checked in very late at night the gentleman was super cool super polite, very professional. We had a great day. The buffet breakfast was amazing in the morning, but we purposely stayed there used the heated pool in the pool had no heat on whatsoever. It was lightly warm.
