The room was clean and spacious with no odours. Hotel was convenient and reaching dolphin mall was 2 mins away. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Wish they had an airport shuttle but overall great hotel with great location.

Used Matresses were disorganizely piled in the parking lot (dumpster area) - not visually appealing. Front Desk staff were chatting, engaged in personal conversation among them. Housekeeping staff complained with us (as they made our room) about their low pay rate and how much they have to work in a single day. Recommendation: Hotel Manager should meet with his/her staff to discuss better approaches with the hotel customers, being more polite, tactful and focus on customers. (refraining from discussing personal opinions, refraining from bashing against their employer, etc).

The Homewood Suites from the beginning was excellent. The check-in process was pleasant the staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is immaculately clean, the halls and common shared spaces as well. There is a self service laundry which I Loved as I hate travelling with dirty clothes. The deli located opposite the front desk was a nice addition and well stocked. Breakfast surprised me the most, it was really good and did not taste like massed produced and over processed food. The room had a fully gally style kitchen with full size appliances, a dining table and a large couch that was a sofa bed, two queen sized beds in the bedroom. There is a pool as well. Location is excellent as it is directly across the street from the Dolphin Mall, Ikea is less than five minutes away and the Airport is approximately thirteen to twenty minutes away depending on traffic. My only thing I would change is the pillows they were too soft but that's personal preference. I will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Our stay was great! Enjoyed some pool time. Check in clerk did not explain any of the amenities to us. Would have been nice to know about the breakfast. We found it on our own. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. Should be replenished sooner though. Sausage patties & hashbrowns were dried out. All in all a good stay for the price.

At Check in the service was excellent. The rooms were kept perfectly clean. However I got food from breakfast which ruined my stay as i had some horrible symptoms.

I had dinner expenses at the Flamenco Hotel charged to my room, despite never having stepped foot in the restaurant for the entire duration of my trip. All my attempts at emailing the Front Desk Manager as instructed by the Hotel staff to have the charges reimbursed have gone unanswered. It seems the hotel staff simply request a room number to charge without verifying that the person is actually registered to the room!!!. Not impressed!

The place is clean. I felt good/safe with the surroundings. You can literally walk to the Miami Dolphin Mall. There was just one drawback. There was a dog barking on our floor. Ok, 2 issues. The children were running up & down the hallway. Not all night, but it happened. Nonetheless. Breakfast could be better! They did have chicken sausages. However, they were overcooked. Along with the hashbrowns. Other than that, we will revisit this place again. We didnt get a chance to use the pool.
