Clean and well kept.

The room was clean and comfortable also the airport shuttle was easy to find the only one problem was that the ac was so loud when turning on that was a bit difficult to sleep other than that everything was great from the front desk to the housekeepers.

First of all we got there super early getting back from our cruise. They stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. Our rooms were ready 4 hours early, which was fantastic. They didn’t charge for an early check in. We had 6 in our room and the room was amazing. So much room. The view of blue lagoon was awesome. The staff were super sweet and very accommodating. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which was great. The only issue with the shuttle was the air wasn’t working the greatest or it wasn’t cool by the timewe got to the airport . He could’ve had van running while we were waiting but that wasn’t worth a negative review. I finally found a stop that I will always book while cruising out of Miami.

Room was clean for the most part. The bathroom could’ve used some more cleaning in the corners. The hot water was at most lukewarm in the shower and at the bathroom sink. Also the deadbolt lock broke the morning we were leaving and we couldn’t shut the door all the way. I did let them know on our way out. It’s perfect for a one night stay but anymore than that I would think twice. Breakfast was fruit, waffles, eggs, sweet potatoes, cereal, juices, water, milk, bread and bagels.
