We were there before a cruise. Everything was fine except the reception was VERY SLOW to answer the phone to give directions for the shuttle. There's a paucity of bars and restaurants within walking distance so a bar in the hotel would have been nice,

Very clean, well-maintained property. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was good! Countless local food options are easily had via Uber Eats/Door Dash. *Seek specific guidance on complimentary cruise port transportation. We found out the hard way that transfers TO the property FROM the port are not offered, which is not clear when booking.
