Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Very nice location, the view was excellent however there were not nearly enough towels and washcloths for amount of people that the place is supposed to accommodate. We also were freezing in the place even after turning off the air. We had to buy paper plates and cups as well as there were only a couple plates, cups and limited silverware. Good stay overall

The location is perfect for being on the northern end of south beach. You are out of all of the commotion, and have direct access to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. It’s easy to walk down to south-south beach as well, or take a taxi. The full balcony is great however, the apartment itself is a little dingy and needs a little TLC. Updated pictures of what it looks like in current time would be nice.

The property manager was responsive to questions, but the rooms were filthy. ( I had 2 rooms reserved) I asked numerous times to have my rooms cleaned, which never happened. There was sand/ filth on the floors, my socks turned black if I didn’t wear shoes. There were what appeared to be boogers on the bed skirt, plastic gunk in the shower , clumps of hair under the bed, chips in the couch, finger prints & smudges on the mirrors and patio doors. There was an inch of dust on the base boards, the paint was chipped and beat up. I could go on and on. We had 6 people in a room, and were only able to get 4 bath towels & two wash clothes . If we wanted more, we had to take the dirty ones down to the cleaning services only during the hours for 8:30-4:30. Our hair dryer was broken and tv batteries were dead, we called to let them know, but no one came to fix it. The location on the beach was great, but other than that, I was less than impressed.

The property was everything I was hoping for. The views were amazing and is only steps from the beach. Listed photos were accurate and check in was very efficient. Sea coast was very affordable spacious for 6 people. We had a stunning view from our balcony of the ocean and beautiful. The lobby was also gorgeous The place was kept nice and clean and we had an extra bedroom which went over well with my daughter. I booked this stay for the day before our cruise but would book again for a nice family vacation. Great stay !
